Oh, I suppose you think everyone should have a fair trial, a chance to face his accusers, and be accorded due process before we execute them, huh? Well, that's just not convenient a lot of the time, and besides, it's their own fault if those Enemies of the State don't turn themselves in. And anyone in the vicinity of those Enemies of the State.

We esteem human rights so highly, that we think only certain humans are entitled to them!
