This video at the WUSA9 Twitter account is taken from the Virginia highway traffic camera. It shows northbound traffic at the 14th Street Bridge (which is officially known as something else).

After more than a week of circling D.C., the Trucker Convoy has finally decided to enter the District. Traffic jams can be seen on Northbound 395.
