there's still additional on steel, aluminum and autos.

And China is tariffed more than 10% and I don't think they are the only one that are hit with additional for supposedly their role in the fentanyl trade.

even the article contradicts itself about current tariff rates:

and with Vietnam, cutting tariffs on many Vietnamese goods to 20%
