Play the victim now, the "church" backs her once she starts her charm offensive on them, and she's got the magas, once again, eating out of her hand come time to campaign. She's already got herself a good jump on the money angle. And she's stayed just long enough to get that pension and free life-long healthcare. She's clever... evil, but clever. And, like trump, she only looks out for herself. What's in it for her... the question is will enough of the magas fall for it once again? I say they will. They're programmed to fall for it. And if the programming falters, P2025 is there with the final push of the theocratic portion of the project to get push them back into line.
