Those things are mean as a sn.... well, you get it.

That thing came up out of the creek behind my uncle's house and decided that it did not like me being there. It literally chased me all the way back to the back deck of my uncle's. I did not do anything to it and was not eve aware that it was in the creek. Regardless, it came after me like water running down hill. I ran like that as well.

As someone from the swamps, I can tell you they are the only snakes I have been around who can be completely unintimidated by humans. So while most snakes will run and hide rather than deal with humans, these bastards are a breed apart.
