3. Not a current owner, but I have a good friend who is happy with his two year old Sorrento hybrid.

I’m not an expert on car reliability, but can add some anecdotal evidence. The Sorrento seems to be just a slightly bigger Sportage if I’m not mistaken. His wife has had a Sportage for 7-8 years and it has been dependable enough for them to get a second KIA. I believe KIA has both a plug in hybrid and a non plug in. His model is not the plug in. I don’t think he has had any issues in two years. I’m guessing almost everyone knows a CR-V owner because they have a reputation for being very dependable. I’m not familiar with the Tucson, but I did come across the following comparison. It seems that they are all decent cars. I would go with the one that fits my needs best.
