Why is it almost impossible to buy turkey broth or turkey stock? [View all]

Chicken broth and chicken stock, you can buy that by the friggin' barrel. But the best grocery store in Coeur d'Alene doesn't have even one drop of turkey broth or turkey stock. What's up with that?
