10. Something is not right with the data collection.

I have been recording daily figures of the Polk County stats from the .pdf link at the
scoreboard site since March 29th. Winter Haven, as an example, has been reporting
two or three cases per day in those two months regularly. In the twenty-four hours
since before today's report they have reported twenty-two. No other twenty-four
hour period has been anywhere close for Winter Haven. Lakeland went up more than
usual as well but not at the same ratio.
