2. I've done traceroutes 3 times now

They all look pretty normal to my untrained eyes. One router has a slightly higher ping time than the others, but afaik not enough to cause a big problem.

eta: From what I remember, in Linux you open a terminal and do the tracert XYZ thing and hit Enter. I forget how to copy and paste, sigh.
