1. Russia will becme a closed system, which means Russia is going to get hungrier

Without oil profits coming in, they will no longer be able to cope with increasinly poor harvests by bringing in food from other countries, like potatoes from China (not making this up) and eggs from Turkey (nor this). Russians are going to have to scramble for what they can produce with a decreased labor force and machinery that is breaking down, not to mention lack of access to western seed stocks that had been giving them much higher yields.

Russians will notice that standing in line for everything they need to eat will be back and a lot of things will simply be unavailable on a permanent basis.
