Bryan Freeborn, who started his campaign with almost nothing. It now looks like Bryan has a darn good shot at winning a seat on the City Council.

Jim related a antidote about how establishment-Democrats criticized his brother, Howard Dean, for stumping for a campaign for head Librarian in a small, out-of-the-way community. Howard replied: "Well it's important that we get librarians elected who want people to read books, not burn them."
