Saturday 02/28/09 - Daily Workout |

I had a great workout today. Less cardio, and more weights.
I bumped up my weights today. All by three machines, I bumped up the weight by 5 lbs. I'll probably feel it tomorrow.
Did about 38 minutes on the elliptical. My cardio time was shortened because I got to the gym a little late and they closed before I could do a complete cardio session. Still it was a great workout.
How did you do today?
