I guess you've fallen for it hook, line, and sinker...and if you put that hook, line, and sinker on your Walmart charge card they'll throw in a tackle box at 10% off.
Sorry to sound sarcastic. I know you mean well, but millions have already lost their jobs, and the rest are seeing their pay and/or benefits steadily erode.
A part of this is from small businesses which were struggling but they were struggling because of the giants choking them out of customers, and the giants are cutting workers to undercut the small businesses. It all boils down to avarice, and since the government will not intercede on our behalf we need to make our own repairs.
We will win, because united we are bigger than they are.
