59. He's better recuse himself from death penalty cases!
I still cannot understand how theses people can justify themselves with the death penalty and the Christian Ten Commandments.

It does not say, "Do do kill unless an appointee of the court says so".


Furthermore I think there is something in the law that says you are entitled to a fair and Impartial trial. These Judges are openly admitting they are not impartial since they are obviously siding with certain religious doctrine. Do we even have to question whether an Evangelical Christian would receive the same considerations as a Muslim under such a clown of a judge?


These judges are starting to look so foolish. I wish one would wear a turban just to make a point in the other direction.
