because Bushco appointed their OWN boss for Fitzgerald. How long do ya thing before the investigation becomes an 'investigation'. How long do ya think Fitzgerald will last. The neocons are protecting themselves and their own. They will not give up power without resorting to every possible strategy up to and including a new 'New Pearl Harbor' followed by martial law.
