68. Broadcast stations...

... are supposed to operate in the public interest and their FCC licenses are predicated on that fact.

Residents in the broadcast coverage area should inform them that when their license comes up for renewal, this issue will be brought to the attention of the FCC along with a request that said license renewal be denied based on this abuse.
