Don't get me wrong I think all who can should help... but why is this the USAs fault? Condoms can be found everywhere...

Sometimes I don't understand the world... on one day you hear complaints that the USA should stay out of everyone else's business. The next day you hear the USA doesn't do enough (when the USA already helps more countries than any other.)

You just can't win I guess.

That and honestly... I would seriously doubt Bush is sitting somewhere mulling over detailed "Condom Export Figures" reports and then suddenly says "That's it... no more condoms for joo" LOL I would be surprised he even knew we were sending then there to begin with.
