7. Dare I say it
It seems the announcements are being made one at a time according to an orchestrated plan.
Each time the commentary escalates with Leahy for example citing this as the "last check remaining in our government".

It is supposed to building in momentum which we might not recognize being the top of the steam cloud ourselves- and which will not be allowed unspun access to open national forums or media.

Why on earth there can't be linkage more dramatically with Bush's lawless dictatorial crimes i don't know. This notion of a higher game going under the scornful indifference of the WH to take Alito seriously is plain stupid. Our Senators have dignity. Our soldiers are brave with couintless heartrending dramas extending into the long suffering people. How dull it would be if they simply handled Bush and not the tragedies he dishes out for the suckers?
