He hasn't been convicted and found guilty or pled guilty.

As for support staff and other services they shouldn't really do that in my opinion. At the least he should have staff and access to services that is open to either party. Services that he should be able to provide to his consituents.

His constituents deserve proper representation from him regardless of the situation until the legal process has been completed. That doesn't mean those same constituents can't bear down him to resign from office. They need to impress on him that if he did something seriously wrong then he should do the honorable thing and resign immediately.
