The police and airport authorities were aware of it from the get-go. They knew it was dynamite. Calls had to have been made that very afternoon to Pawlenty who had to have consulted with the WH. Craig knew he was in deep shit. No way did he keep it to himself as claimed. He was most likely also on the phone that very day. Someone high up ordered that a clamp be put on the whole thing, and it damn near worked. The stonewalling and denials now that it's out make me think Craig's receiving advice from Rove.
