I don't know about hair samples but if you have bay teeth (or even adult teeth) or bone samples that would tell a story.

I would sincerely hope that at the very least Congress would legislate compensation in terms of medical and reparations I strongly support.

Bottom line is stopping the harm in the future (no nuke subsidies and eliminating nuke weapons, Depleted Uranium, etc)
