I wish o could confront him in front of an audience. First I would ask him if he has ever seen an individual health care insurance policy. Secondly, a lump sum to a senior insures that seniors will get absolutely no health care. First, The seniors would never be able to afford any extra procedures and there is now ay this lump sum could ever keep up with increases. This nitwit doesn't understand that as you get older the policy gets more expensive. He's young and has been on a Cadillac policy forever. What a dick.
