If a neighborhood saved food and resources to stay at home for a week and have a block party it would dramatically effect their county tax revenue and they could make changes needed when that happened. Imagine if a state or country did not move their money, meaning no shopping no paying bills nothing. No tax revenue in a system that needs it every second. They stop working we fix the issue, which is large centralization. Problems solved."
