I'd like to believe it was just incompetence. but I live here in WI, and I demand a FULL inquiry.

Prosser may well win, but I'm MORE upset by what the hell is going on with our voting procedures and elections. I know SEVERAL DUers who are constantly on this issue of election fraud through computer use with no paper trail. I have NO idea if that is the case here, but NOW I am more inclined to be listening to the Cassandras crying "foul" when it comes to machine controlled elections, and the dirty hands that run them.
