TWO bags of explosives were found in the Slovak capital, Bratislava, yesterday near a venue where hundreds of NATO parliamentary officials are to meet today.
Bratislava has been on heightened alert ahead of the NATO parliamentary assembly’s five-day spring session, viewed as a celebration of Slovakia accession to the security organisation this year.
