You just know that corporations or doctors or other similar defendants have tried to do this to him in litigation. And you also just know that Edwards turned this around on them and made them look really, really bad in front of a jury. I fully expect he will do this with the "destroyed" military records, the "secret" task force meetings, the "classified" sections of the 9/11 report, and any other hidden secrets. He didn't make his millions by being a slouch.
