2. Every one seems to be buying like crazy here.

I will say one I knew bought a duplex to be sure it could be paid for but even if things are not great it has not stopped people from building and buying houses. I have been told I come from other time so do not know how to live. Maybe so.Their does not seem to be so many people coming to Maine this summer and that is a big part of this states income.
