sounds like not even all of the GOP is buying the transparent talk of bushrove. My guess would be this is in part motivated by a renewed sense in the home districts that some of the voters are not too thrilled by all of the actions/rhetoric/chessmoves of teambush...

Note - my heading is not a knock on dems - with the hammerlock DeLay has on committees, etc. in the house - dems are almost powerless to initiate legislation. Thus - this move (by a republican) suggests some real unrest towards the rhetoric coming out of the WH.
