4. They're so desperate they're resorting to E-mail SPAM...
I got a "love-letter" the other day, offering me information on how to get money for school from a USAR recruiter. I asked him if SPAM was authorized by his superiors, and he replied that he was just trying to get the word out...

I forwarded the exchange up the chain....

Don't think the Military has exemptions to the SPAM laws...
