They're from SUBURBS of Detroit. I don't even think Nugent is from anywhere near the city.

That too, while I find Kid Rock a moron and brain dead, I don't think he's necessarily racist like Nugent (who is blatantly racist).

Detroit itself had probably the largest margin of any city voting for Gore (it was around 90%).
