He probably pushed for the indictment pronto so he has a chance to be found guilty and pardoned before about mid-January next year. As the junta sinks faster in the polls, the corporate crooks will be beating a path to DAs across the land to get their asses arrested and tried ASAP.

No body wants to risk prison time for the duration of the coming Democratic administrationS.
