16. Dirty Little Secret: The Urban League exacerbates class division
The Urban League is akin to a Chamber of Commerce ... a black (good ol') boys club. As many have accurately observed, the real division in America is between the 'haves' and the have-nots' - the privilege of property. The distribution of wealth in the US is inequitable and becoming more so. The Holy Grail of Republican politics is that wealth has a 'right' to become more wealthy from the labors of others. DimSon blatantly talks about the "ownership society" and advocates even more privileges for "owners."

Wealth is even more inequitably distributed in black families than any other. Not only do black families have, on average, 25-30% less wealth than other families, the distribution of family income is even more inequitable among black families than white or Hispanic.

The Repugnants are appealing to greed, and greed is a human trait, not a race-based trait.
