I mean, let's face it, a majority of the American people don't know who she is. Even when they boast she sold a milion of all her books combined, that's still not that big a number compared to the population.
All the American people hear is how insane the liberal side is, especially the celebrity side. I think if they had published what she wrote, it would have turned off quite a few individuals that normally would never had heard of her. It would've given them a real taste of what a hate-fest really is. Hang her by her own words.
