Cheney, whose approval numbers are terrible, hasn't been on the home page of Bush's campaign website since I started checking weeks ago and I see story after story in the news pumping up Powell. Powell's list of medals on the surface is impressive: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colin_Powell

Also, I did a search for Cheney on the campaign website and practically all of the hits were just Bush-Cheney campaign references and not really anything about Cheney.

I know that Powell is just a White House lawn jockey now but to many Americans he is the most respected and admired figure in the Bush administration. After last night, it seems like the only way the BFEE could possibly counter Kerry's impressive military credentials and heroism is with Powell as the VP candidate.

What are the best links for the truth about Powell? Isn't he the worst Secretary of State we have ever had?
