This is the current text crawler across the bottom of CNN - Wolf Blitzer is interviewing Josh Bolton, WH Budget Director, who is trying in vain to argue that we shouldn't stop giving big tax breaks to Americans making more then $200K and more a year (as per Kerry's speech).

Not an altogether bad job by Blitzer, for once.
