3. And It Barely Masks This Additional Point
It presumes that the Taliban COULD turn over Bin Ladin. That means that they felt that it was no problem to capture him because there is no way he was going to turn himself in to the Taliban simply to then be surrendered to the Americans. So if they felt they could get him whenever they wanted him why has Bush, with what we are told by virtue of our SuperPower status an invincible military is utter control of the country, been unable to find him? It does not do to give the excuse that he is now hiding somewhere on the lands of our ally Pakistan, that in itself another tragic display of failed Bush diplomacy, policy, and use of military power.
