1. They treat their employees like dirt.

2. They force american companies to sell them goods so cheaply they are forced to outsource.

3. They STOLE a lot of toys from Toys For Tots... Just took them out of the bin and put them back on the shelf and sold them again!!! And their excuse was (paraphrase) "The bin was not where the security camera could see it, so we have no idea if people shoplifted the toys and put them in the bin without paying."

The last one was enough for me. I will not even go to a Wal-Mart for emergency plumbing supplies at 3 AM. I'd rather have a flooded basement!!!
