Doesn't that bother you a little bit?

I've personally given 2% of what I have, which isn't very much, but it is a lot better than what we are doing. $35 million is a pathetic amount for our country to be giving and you can use whatever bizzare argument you want to justify it, but it is downright uncivilized to do what we are doing.
