Why didn't Kerry bash Bush constantly over Ken Lay and Enron?
One can only assume that the facts of the Enron scandal taint quite a few Democrats as well as Bush and that is the reason it wasn't used.

About Bayh being a DINO, I am not so sure. He is first and foremost a second generation journeyman politician and his whole life has brought him to the point where he might have a shot at the brass ring. He is much more of a Bill Clinton type, a purely political animal rather than an ideologue. He has also never lost an election as a Democrat in a state that they usually call for the Republican presidential candidate on Nov. 1st.
