also, "speaking on behalf of all American women" in the world outside of the United States might be taken to mean the women in South and Central America as well, as well as the women in Canada ... and i am willing to bet that Laura Bush does not speak for them either. It might behoove her to say that she was speaking "on behalf of the women of the United States" ... and that too would be false since, she does not speak for all of the women in the United States... but she, like her husband ... when they take over, they take over, they don't care who they step on...
