40. Cheney would probably turn around and sue him!

And he'd make sure that the Supreme Court made a one-time loophole in that legislation the WH is pushing, to cap medical lawsuit claims!

But seriously, I hope that Cheney freaks out and curses into an open mike -- using the same words he did in the Senate when he thought nobody was listening. He only reveals how truly ugly he is.
