6. Since it's Texas I'm really not surprised. When I visited my Mom
in Texas, she took me down to the Guadalupe river to go fishing. There were carcasses of dogs on the banks and 3 little kittens which we took great pains to catch and take to the pound so they wouldn't starve to death. Maybe this kind of thing is norm in the country, but to me it's cruel when the pound would put them to sleep for $10. Maybe the pound was keeping the $10 & giving the animals to these guys - makes me sick.
