to say except you said it better! referring to the thread about supporting the troops. Very good!
I go to these anti-war rallys and I say "if you're against this war now is the time to speak out! If you are for this war.....go enlist! enlist your children! Join the guard!"
And the other protesters Im with dont get it and kind of cringe.
Of course I wouldnt ever truly encourage anyone to go enlist because I think its a noble cause...but the point Im trying to get across seems lost even in circles where I would assume they would "get it"

Another thing.....I have a friend who puts out a paper and distributes them near ASU. Last summer she put out one with an article she wrote called "Patriot -or- Insurgent?"
It really was a great article and makes you think. I mean if we were occupied of course we would feel OCCUPIED and many of us would fight for our family our lives and our freedom......would we not be called terrorists and insurgents by the occupying force?!
