They filled her script with bad insulin. I do not know the specifics except that she ended up at death's door in the ICU. She won her lawsuit with more than $20 million in damages. Wal-Mart has filed every appeal possible, dragging their feet until the last possible moment at every juncture and she is still waiting for payment of the judgement.

Wal-Mart is almost out of time with her and soon must pay. Appeals are exhausted and they are just one step away from contempt.

If Wal-Mart is at fault, count on them to delay and delay and delay with a whole HERD of lawyers. They are despicable.
