i'm in my upper 50's and most of my friends are even older AND not only are they liberal they are LIVID liberals.

just before the start of this damn war i went to a peace meeting at a local unitarian church and 90% of the people there must have been over 80.

when i was in college i would go to these antiwar teachins at the U. in Hawaii. i always noticed one particular elderly lady there ( i can still see her in my mind's eye- long flowing dresses, dark glasses and gray hair in a bun ) she was quiet but always there . she was inspiring to me and i think of her steadfastness often.

my daughter is just your age and i know she will never change!

i have made all my younger lib friends PROMISE that if GWB outlives me, that when he finally goes, they must go out and have a drink and remember me. they promised!
