He wants to play War President but he is afraid to ask Americans to pay taxes to fund the war or draft their kids to fight it. Nope, Karl says that would be politically unpopular with his lunatic fundie base.

So the writer laments the "weak" state of our military? Well, what exactly has the War President done in the past FOUR YEARS to make sure our troops have the equipment and manpower to fight his war of choice without meaningful allied participation?(which is something our military was never meant to do)?
