"Mr. President, you have said that it would send the wrong message to the terrorists if the United States were to pull its troops out of the mess you've made in Iraq. Will you promise here and now to let us know when pulling America's sons and daughters, husbands and wives, fathers and mothers, out of the Iraq meatgrinder won't send the wrong message to terrorists, and then act accordingly?"
