short skirt she was asking for it excuse? So you think that because I have those bumperstickers on my car that I am "asking for it" and should be willing to take shit for it?

And um, where did you get the impression that anyone thought that I was "fragile" because I was a woman? Actually, I think the consensus here is that guys like this freeper are clearly cowards because they wouldn't dare do this to a 200lb male and that it was a pretty aggressive move to say such a thing and "pick a fight" with a woman with a child.

If I read your post correctly, you think that I should have gotten into a heated debate and that had I chosen to result in calling the cops that I am somehow someone who wants "unreasonable regulation" and that I'm unwilling to accept personal responsibility? Actually, if we all followed your logic, we'd become an anarchic chaotic state of affairs that would require us to become as you put it a "prison state".

I believe that I handled it correctly. I believe this man was way out of line and what he did was no different than if he had walked up to a person who was of a different race or female and made angry remarks and insults clearly trying to pick up a fight. Just because someone uses their freedom and rights of free speech to state what they feel (as I clearly am about the War and W, and this applys equally to someone with an opposite viewpoint) this does not give someone the right to then pick a fight and be aggressive.
