3. It discussed how being in charge of the Arabian Horse Association, which

he had for 8 years, was off of his official bio, and how he was forced to resign. Also, how the people in the association were surprised (shocked?} that he had given the job to head FEMA. Then they had the shrub making a fool out of himself saying what a great job Browny (Shrub's name for him) was doing.
