Commerce Clause, which allows Congress to make laws regulating interstate commerce. The Commerce Clause provides the Constitutional basis for many laws, like all our environmental laws and some of our civil rights laws, including the part of the Civil Rights Act that prohibits discrimination in hotels and restaurants.

Many serious ultra-conservatives want to cut back the Commerce Clause's reach to get rid of Federal regulation of many, many businesses and return those regs to the states to emasculate.
